Position Summary:
The Support Tream is the first group to contact when you have a questions, request or a problem. Support works closely with all product teams to handle various tasks including client requeste, troubleshooting various types of issues across all product lines and monitoring multiple systems. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. They will be expected to be on-call occasionally, so all candidates will need to be flexable.
Duties:
* Process all requestes according to SLE * Communicate with internal and external clients. * Manage Publisher inquiries * Disable clients upon request * Monitor the delivery and ingestion of data across all CI systems.
Experience/Education:
* VP Script * Basic HTML * Able to follow Logical concepts * Any exposure to programming is helpful * MS Office - Excel * Able to work in high presure environemnt while maintaining a high level of quality. * Good Communicator - Both in Verbal and Written * Detailed Oriented * Organized * Minimal Supervision
