Summary: |
| eCommerce Strategic Marketing Consultant is responsible for growing and managing online marketing campaigns and ad spend for existing and newly acquired retail clients, through establishing and then exceeding monthly goals and objectives on a variety of channels including; Comparison Shopping Engines, Online Marketplaces, and other internet marketing campaign initiatives. Strategic Marketing Consultants (SMC) establish a strategic marketing plan through an initial consultation with the retailer, determining and learning all facets of the retailers goals, objectives, business practices, and monthly budget. After the initial consultation, and once agreed to by the retailer, the SMC works with internal teams to fully implement the plan. SMC’s are then responsible for regularly monitoring and managing the program results and recommending new program directives in an ever changing e-Commerce environment with evolving client goals and objectives. SMCs are required to stay in frequent communication with their retail clients through weekly update calls, occasional onsite visits, and quarterly reviews.
Additionally SMC’s are also responsible for opportunity discovery for other CI services and custom solutions to cross-sell while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

| Duties: |
| •Day to day management of marketing campaigns and ad spend for multiple retail clients on Comparison Shopping Engines, Online Marketplaces, and other online channels while maintaining client trust and high customer satisfaction
•Look to acquire / grow more ad spend budget and drive more opportunity for other CI online marketing services and custom solutions to cross-sell while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
•Understand e-commerce retail client’s goals, objectives, and success metrics for marketing programs at the above channels.
•Create and define with client a strategic marketing plan that allows clients to meet their goals and objectives.
•Implement and manage the tactics to achieve the plan and change as needed.
•Collaborate with internal teams on establishing the marketing plan and managing monthly ad spend
•Analyze all clients’ key campaign metrics and create weekly reports on results to goals.
•Conduct weekly calls, quarterly reviews, and when required F2F visits with e-Commerce clients to maintain strategy that aligns with clients evolving goals and objectives

| Experience/Education: |
| 4+ Years of successful track record in quota driven "business to business" high tech, services. Must have experience in selling to enterprise retailers, large electronic retailers or eCommerce companies. Four year degree preferred or equivalent experience. Extensive use of Microsoft Office applications
Required:
• Previous management or extensive knowledge of marketing ad spend
• Knowledge of marketing metrics and measurement
• Previous experience establishing marketing strategy for e-Commerce retailers
• History of over-achievement in previous positions related to technology solutions.
• eCommerce / internet marketing background, experience with Analytic software/reporting systems , SEO/SEM experience a plus.
• Consultative selling competency
